I'm trying to put discrete codes for a Sharp AQUOS into an NG. I found a list of discrete codes posted onthis site in a spreadsheet but don't know how to enter them in the Custom IR code for the button on the NG. The RC/5/6MM fields don't seem to match what's inthe xls - or at least I can't figure it out. Can anyone tell me specific steps to take the information in the spreadsheet and either enter it into the NG, or how to convert the data and then enter it into the NG?

Example of data in spreadsheet:
CODE(15Bit)

Code
Inpu1

System
c1-c5
10000

DATA
c1-c5
101011

c12,c13
0

c14,15
10

HEX CODE
1 135

Help would be very much appreciated!

Sharp codes have the same structure as some Denon codes.  See post 8 in this thread for an explanation of how to manually convert. I think this program can be used to generate the Pronto Hex.

In your example, reversing the bits in System yields device = 1.
Reversing Data and C12,C13 give the function number 35 in hexadecimal format, or 53 in decimal.  Perhaps the line HEX CODE 1 135 has that information in "135", but since you didn't provide a link to the spreadsheet you're using, I can't tell if that is generally true.
