I have a TSU7000 remote that will not wake up when once is asleep. I have to remove the battery in order for it to turn on. Also, if I have the remote connected to the computer, it does wake up when the LCD screen is touched. Is this a firmware issue ? Thanks for your help.

Have you reflashed the firmware? If not, that should be your first step.
