Hello!

I am concerned that when I open up the software for the Marantz RC3001 remote I don't see a 'ccf import' function. The software I'm using is 'Marantz wizz.it 3' which is the software that is supose to be used to program this remote, does anyone know of another way i can import a ccf or pcf file to an mcf file that will work on the RC3001?

Any suggestions would be appreciated! I am trying to take a ccf file for a pronto remote(which sends out RF signals) and use it on the marantz remote.

Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

I'm concerned that when I downloaded the software for that remote, it somehow had a program called SDP, which my virus program identified as a problem. Then when I looked into it further, I found the right installation program but my virus software identified the Marantz software as a virus and actually crashed the installation, a first!

Maybe the software just doesn't have it. On the other hand, if it's a real product and you can copy hex into it, maybe that remote is good competition for some of the URC remotes using IR only. $350 retail is a bit cheap to expect large bells and screaming whistles in the software.
I have ACTUALLY said this a thousand times: We can't help you much without the make and model of everything involved in the problem! Unless you want a vague answer. Or none. Your move.
