I have a TSU3000 that recently had the "known" screen problem and have gotten a taste of just how bad customer service can be from Philips.
What experiences have people been having with Marantz and is it really a different unit than the Philips. It appears to be a bit pricier but very similar in features.
What kind of support/customer has anyone been getting from Marantz...
I guess my comment on Philips support is that they really do not care about customers. Rude... non-trained people that give missed messages at best and would rather argue with you than listen to your problem and try to be a problem solver...
For what it is worth the "pin" trick seem to solve my TSU3000 problem for the time being... not sure how long it will last though...
Thanks for any feedback... on Marantz... as my days with Philips are done... .
