We have Pronto TSU 3000/01 that recently stopped working. Some screens had buttons at the top and bottom that worked but made things happened that they weren't programmed to do. All buttons in the center of the screen stopped working completely. The plot thickens here: I then got a duplicate Pronto with another program on it that worked fine. When I downloaded the program from the first that was stored on a seperate computer, it stopped working as well and I tried restoring it with yet another program with no success. The reset button has had no effect.
Any suggestions?
Rick

Is the remote sensing touch correct? Calibrate. If the calibrate process do not complete see this topic:

If you cannot hit the calibrate button, download the firmware to the remote again it will take you to the calibration screen.
