I have a Pronto 1000 and a Pronto 3000. I managed to get SNL to work fine with the 1000 software, which uses CCF's. In order to use it with my 3000 I imported the files from the 1000 to the 3000, which seemed to work with a little clean up. However, if I want to add a disc and just merge the CD list from SNL into the 3000 all my links have to be reprogrammed, which is a pain. I have searched for a version of SNL that works with the 3000's PCF format but unless I am missing something cannot find one. I know Lyndel was working on one at some point. By the way thanks Lyndel for spending so much time with this and answering people's questions.

It seems that others are using SNL with their 3000s (or other NG's). I have tried lots of different things to no avail. What can I do? Please help before my wife throws the remote out the window. Thanks.

Take a look at the migration folder in the 2.0.0.8 release. The way I accomplished not having so many links was to embed all IR codes into the "Input CCF". Yes, I know there will be duplicates once the CCF is imported and merged but this effectively limits the number of links. For example:

For 1 List that accesses 3 players, you have:

1 Links To This List (Your Config jumps to the first page of a list)
3 Player Jumps (SNL requests a jump to the Transport Page of a Player)

This is only 4 links to manage.

If you are interested, I an email you a 5MB package with word doc and my old 7000 config outlining how I did this myself. I think it will help tremendously. I have NO plans to provide an NG version of SNL at this point. I have little free timethese days plus lack of donations.

If there is another version of SNL, it will likely be a network-based version and will work with the TSU9600 and will require a network PC to host server-software.
