Hi All

I have an extensive collection of music and movies on my PC, what i would like to do it store the Album and DVD covers on my remote (Marantz RC9500) so that I can launch a movie simply by pressing the cover button.

So far I know I need an RF pick up on my PC and need to send RF codes to the computer to tell it which movie to play, the tricky bit is how to link an IR/RF code directly to a particluar movie or album to play it. I 'm trying to avoid having to navigating through the folders and files on the TV screen.

Has anyone had much luck with this.

I know there is software around for the PC that operates X10 devices but haven't experiemented using this to play individual movies.

Can MS Media Center do this?
