The back cover of my Pronto is broke, not the battery cover but the back cover that the battery cover snaps on to. Where would I go to get replacement parts for it or even find the part number.

That part's not directly orderable. Try the Pronto Help Line for service (search this forum for 866 or try the FAQ) or search Ebay and try and buy a damaged unit that you can swap out the back with.
