I apologize if this has been asked before....couldn't find the exact answer using search.

I have a Pronto 3000 and also set one up for a friend. It's been a while since I've been on here, which means everything's been running fine....until today.

My friend calls and tells me that his pronto would not turn on, and when he puts it in the charger, the charger lights stay solid for 3-4 minutes, then start blinking, and the remote still doesn't work.

Does this sound like a bad battery, docking station, or remote?

Thanks

I think A5-05 of this FAQ is probably the answer - bad connection

Wow. Can't believe I missed the FAQ's. I'll pass this on and see what happens.

Thanks
