Hi All,
I have programmed around 200 Marantz RC5400 remotes now. Far and away the most common problem i have encountered is the "cursor navigation" turning itself on out of the blue. It often happens months after the programming is done. The distributor says that it will be a problem with with a device file that i commonly use. Does this sound reasonable or does anyone else who programmes lots of these have the same issue?
Any feedback would be welcome.

Cheers
Simon.

More than likely, you have a hard button with a special action 'Cursor Navigation' somewhere in your config. Or, the user is simply reflashing firmware, in which case, Cursor Nav will return to 'On' state.

Thanks Lyndel,
I'll double check for that.
