I just upgraded to a TSU3500 and noticed that the hard button lights do not turn on when I touch the screan. Only with the side button do they go on. The TSU3000 lights will turn on when I touch the screan. Any fix for this? Thanks

Like the tsu 7000 and 7500, the 3500 now has a LED panel illumination. Problaby it will work like the 7000/7500, you will not be able to turn the hard buttons light unless you press the light button or put a soft key in the panel to do that.
