Can I download the PCF files on this site that are built for a pronto and load them on he RC9500? The wizit software won't open the files designed for pronto. Am I missing something?

There's a PCF Switcher utility in the file section that you must use to convert the file to RC9500 format and vice versa. [Link: remotecentral.com]
