Hey Guys I just got a TSU 7000 brand new off Ebay for $225.00 and the Question I have is, My old TSU 3000, can I switch the Infer Red codes from my TSU 3000 file to the TSU 7000 with no problums?

shouldn't cause you any problems m8, the IR codes for your nevices are the same afterall. Or maybe you mean can you use your 3000 CCF file? if thats the case I think the answer is also yes.

Yes you can use the same file. Just add some COLOR!

Thanks guys. I just got the TSU 7000. How do I move over the IR Code file? I cant copy and then goto the TSu 7000 file and Paste.

Got any Ideals on how to move the file from the TSU 3000 file to the TSU 7000 file?

From the 7000 software, simply open the 3000 PCF file using File->Open. It will ask how you want to handle transparency. You then save the file as a 7000 PCF file.

You need to use PPENG (ProntoProEdit NG). Download it either from this site or the Philips site. It will read your 3000 pcf directly, convert it to 7000 format, and allow you to upload it to the 7000. All the IR codes should work fine, but you may have to fiddle with transparency. Converting the gray-scale 3000 images to color images isn't absolutely necessary but will certainly enhance the appearance, and can be done with a graphics editing program (e.g., Paint Shop Pro).

Thanks Guys I see, I had to remove the CD program and install the newer updated progam off the net. Cool it worked perfect. Thanks again.

I actually snap that CD in 1/2 when I deliver a remote to make sure customers don't install it.
