I have configured my RU990 with functions using the hard buttons. In particular the cursor navigation buttons. What is strange is that on the simulator these buttons seem to work fine, but once downloaded to the remote they have defaulted to flipping between device pages using the left and right cursors. The up and down cursors do not function at all. I have tested the device using some sample pcf from this site and they all seem to work fine so it does not seem like a hardware issue. I have even tried copying and pasting devices from my pcf to a sample pcf and it still does not work. Has anyone experienced the same problem? Appreciate any response.
Thanks, Dray.

Go into set up and turn off cursor navigation.

Thanks Peter, Had a look around for set up in the ProntoEdit NG application and could not find this setting. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Press the set up button on your remote for several seconds.

At the top of every screen is a button that looks like a remote control. That is the setup button. Press and hold it until it enters setup.
