I have tried everything, but my brand new TSU7500 will not learn my Fujitsu ASB30 air conditioning codes. Sad part is, my old Marantz RC9200 could learn them, but if I import these to my Pronto, they will not work. Help!

If he can not learn them how will he post them???

Are you trying to learn them directly into the remote or into the software via the remote? Are you getting a specific error message? Provide more details about how you are going about the process and where things are going wrong.

Tried both things. Imported from my old Marantz RC5200 via ProntoEdit, apparently without a glitch. When I try it on the A/C, only the Off works. The On button is inoperative. When I learn the IR signal through ProntoEdit, sometimes it will import apparently OK, and others it will hang for a while without success, but it will not turn the A/C on. If I try to learn directly from remote to remote, my TSU7500 will often freeze and I will need to remove the battery to "unfreeze" it.
Thanks for the help.
