Hitting an issue -- have programmed the rocker buttons on the bottom of the unit for each device but when config is downloaded, the rocker just seems to ignore the programmed codes and instead just scrolls between devices and screens within devices. Any ideas?

On the remote, go into setup (hold remote icon for 2-3 seconds) and turn off Cursor Navigation. You will need to do this each time you download firmware. FYI, the "rocker" you mention is the 4-way cursor pad.

Lyndel, I have never had to change the setting apart from the very first time.
