The hard buttons on my TSU3000 are intermittant. Touch screen works OK. Before I open it up, I was wondering if anyone has repaired hard buttons? Is it a matter of cleaning contacts, or is more involved?

search for +alcohol or +alcohol +denatured for last 2 years and you'll find steps on how to do this.

Hi,
My hard buttons stopped working to day :( Could you point me in the right direction to the article you mention about cleaning the button contact.

mperry,

Welcome to the addiction.

There's a Forum Search button at the top of this page. For the keywords, enter +alcohol and then set a timespan of 2 years. Wait 10-15 seconds, then read away.

Also, since this is your first day, you might want to read the Classic Pronto FAQ and then the Pronto NG FAQ. Answers to many questions you may have in the future are also there.
