Hi!

I´m from Germany and need your help.
I bought a TSU7000 in the United States and until now I´m very happy with this device.
Only my HDTV satellite receiver (PACE DS810-KP) won´t work together with the Pronto.

I can learn the IR-codes but they didn´t work.
For example, the number "1" code lokks like this:

Pronto Pro:

0000 006D 000C 0012 0008 0023 0008 0023 0008 0023 0008 006D 0008 0033 0008 0033 0008 002D 0008 002D 0008 01EB 0008 0023 0008 0062 0008 001E 0008 0023 0008 001E 0008 0023 0008 001E 0008 001E 0008 0C00 0008 0023 0008 0023 0008 0023 0008 006D 0008 0033 0008 0033 0008 002D 0008 002D 0008 01EB 0008 0023 0008 0038 0008 0040

In my old Pronto TSU 2000
the number "1" looks like this:

0000 006d 0036 0000 0008 0023 0008 0022 0008 0023 0008 006c 0008 0032 0008 0032 0008 002d 0008 002d 0008 01f1 0008 0022 0008 0062 0008 001d 0008 0022 0008 001d 0008 0023 0008 001d 0008 001d 0008 0c06 0008 0023 0008 0022 0008 0022 0008 006c 0008 0032 0008 0032 0008 002d 0008 002d 0008 01f0 0008 0022 0008 0038 0008 0047 0008 0022 0008 001d 0008 0022 0008 001d 0008 001d 0008 0c06 0008 0022 0008 0022 0008 0023 0008 006c 0008 0032 0008 0032 0008 002d 0008 002d 0008 01f0 0008 0023 0008 0038 0008 0047 0008 0022 0008 001d 0008 0022 0008 001d 0008 001d 0008 0023

On the TSU2000 the code works.
Only on the TSU7000 there is no function, even if I copy the code from the TSU2000 to the TSU 7000.

Can someone help me?
(Sorry for my english)

Nothing wrong with your English...

That sounds like a very odd problem. Have you tried looking in the files area? There are quite a few configurations that include a Pace satellite receiver that are specifically made for the 7000.

Yes. I tried some of the files. No one works with the DS810-KP.
It seems that this receiver (the first MPEG-4/H.264 HD-Receiver) has special IR codes.

If you have the remote from the receiver, why not just use the learning feature on the Pronto?

Following the link you'll find a pcf I made for Pace DS815NS (HDTV receiver built for Sky Italia), I hope it work for your version too, good luck.

Same problem here!
I'm from Germany, too, and I used to own a TSU3000 and recently switched to a TSU7000. I had the same problem with both remotes - but oddly a buddy of mine has one of the very first Prontos (not NG, RU890 or something) - AND ON HIS REMOTE IT WORKS!!
I even tried learning the codes with his remote an then importing them into mine via ProntoEditNG - which did not work either!
The TSU7000 (and formerly the 3000 as well) does learn the codes all right, but seems to have problems reproducing them - the Pace receiver simply won't react!
I laready posted the problem to Philips (via www.pronto.philips.com) a few months ago, but no reaction so far...

@uzimir:
Thanks for your codes. But they do not work with my PACXE DS810-KP.

Does anyone here have another idea?

Hello,
I have same problem with Pace DS-810XE like a Cyber-Guy. I use Marantz RC 5300 with original Pace remote control unit. No one works with the DS810. I try learning feature with button on Marantz and Pace, upgrade firmware on RC 5300. I try pcf file with Wizz it application. Nothing works with it!
Does anyone here have another idea?

I'm also stuck trying to program a DS810XE into an RU960. Have phoned Pace and they have said it won't work because their codes use XMP1 protocol. Anyone know how/if you can get round this?
