It's only 20+ dollars....? I'm really having a hard time understanding why people can justify spending hundreds on a remote but $20 is too much for a guide that every one, (excluding dubster, at least, at first) swears up and down is the best thing out there short of the remote itself....?
You are going to find it difficult to locate anyone who would be willing to infringe copyright law, not to mention ripping off Dave. I have no idea who the man is, other than a hand full of posts and his guide, (great work by the way Dave) and could not imagine taking money out of his pocket. The guide will be your greatest asset, and worth not going to McDonalds a couple of times so you can afford it.
Take the risk, if you think it is one. You will not regret it.....ask dubster.

Thanks all for the nice comments.
Luken, it is 135 + pages with graphics, charts, pictures, etc. A bit of paper it isn't.
There are close to 3000 happy clients out there who swear up and down it is the best thing since sliced bread. I think I have about 400 hours in the deisgn and creation of it.

Dave Great post Dave - is anything sacred anymore? Pay the 20 bucks. Knowledge is priceless, so your getting a good deal.

Here's the link for 2.0.0.8. 2.0.0.9 is on the shelf here in Texas as there's only one or 2 small changes and they don't warrant a full release. If you download the software and look through the release notes, you can see more details of current version. SNL is not just capable of running CD changers, DVD changers, it's also capable of providing AM/FM music or TV channel guides, etc... The possibilities are endless. And, although the native PCF format is not provided, a migration mode is provided that allows one to generate Marantz RC9200 CCF screens that fit into the 240x253 user area of the 3000/7000 screen. These CCFs can then be imported and merged with your NG configuration. [Link: remotecentral.com]
