I have just got my nice shiny new TSU7000, downloaded my template to it, but the battery full image is just a black block. The several other battery images in various states of depletion are fine, it's just the battery full version. When I use the Simulator it's fine and I can't see anything wrong with my template.
Is this a fault anyone else has come across?

Try merging your PCF into an brand-new PCF.
