Help!
Please let me know if you can help. My Pronto will not turn on! However the backlight on the keys activates as normal when you pick the device up.
Any ideas?

Usually a Reset fixes this. Otherwise, try reloading the firmware.
Also, this type of problem was supposedly fixed about a year ago with a firmware change. Make sure you have a reasonably current version of PPENG.

Many thanks Peter... however being honest (and blonde) I am not sure how to do what you suggest.
Do I send it back to the dealer to get this done or is it something to do with the black CD that came with it?
Thanks again

Neither. You download the latest software and firmware from the Files section here.
To update the firmware, run the program
Update_ProntoPro_NG.exe
