Hello everyone. I just bought/received my TSU-3000 a couple of weeks ago and didn't even get a chance to get it programmed , when my dog knocked it off the sofa. The screen is cracked, but the liquid crystal seems fine, and it's still able to send signals. Some buttons work, nmaely the ones that aren't beneath a crack. I called Phillips and was quoted $230 to replace the screen and give it a once over. Thats more than I paid for it! Is it possible to purchase a screen and replace it myself?

Thanks in advance!

A friend of mine just purchased a replacement screen for his TSU3000 on eBay for $60. He has yet to swap the screens out, but I have seen the screen. Arrived in perfect condition. Other people who have bought replacement screens from this particular seller have confirmed that they do work for the TSU3000 as advertised. There were two being auctioned off at the time. Doing a seach there today I do not see any available unfortunately. I would keep your eye out though short of purchasing a new remote off eBay. The last thing I would do is have Philips replace the screen for me at $230.
