Trying to download to TSU7000 and getting the following error:
"Device is not connected properly. Please check the connection."
I have checked the USB connection to the computer and remote and even changed the port on the computer. Seems to be connected properly.
Any suggestions?

Reset your Pronto and reboot your PC.

If you recently upgraded to the latest editor and had a previous version, and Peter's suggestion did not fix your problem...
Search the last 6 months for +Potential +USB +Driver +Issues and follow the links in the thread I posted.
