I have the tsu500 (love it) and programmed it via the learn function for the cable box, receiver, monitor and dvd player. Then I tried to get fancy and use the NEOedit software, once I installed the cd on the pc and pluged in the remote I lost all the learned buttons and somehow restored to the original nothingness. Then I tried to play with the edit program and was getting no where, at one point I had two device buttons when originally all were shown on the remote touchscreen...
Where did I go wrong, what do I need to do in order to take full advantage of the NEO, I would like to program buttons with channel logos and some basic marcos that turn all components on/off. Anyone care to take some time to explain this to an absolute beginner?
