Is there an equivalent to the "CCF Tools" package with a PCF compiler/decompiler? I'm sorely tempted to pick up a TSU3000 but I have sort of a homebrew SuperNudeList program I use to drive an mp3 jukebox. Currently my program spits out a text file, I use CCF Tools to compile it, then merge it into my CCF manually using ProntoEdit. I really can't upgrade to the 3000 until I can do something similar. I've been playing some with the ProntoEditNG software but I haven't found a compiling tool yet, anyone know?

Since the XML code is already a "decompiled" version, people will likely just have to create new utilities.

For example, a snippet from the default PCF:

<ITEM id="758">
<BUTTON>
<Position>
<PosXPosY>177 146</PosXPosY>
</Position>
<Dimension>
<WidthHeight>37 39</WidthHeight>
</Dimension>
<TextColor>
<RGB>255 255 255</RGB>
</TextColor>
<BGColor>
<RGB>170 170 170</RGB>
</BGColor>
<TextColorPressed>
<RGB>0 0 0</RGB>
</TextColorPressed>
<BGColorPressed>
<RGB>0 0 0</RGB>
</BGColorPressed>
<Font>
<NameSize>STANDARD 10</NameSize>
</Font>
<BitmapNormal id="37" />
<BitmapPressed id="38" />
<Label id="796" />
<UDP_FunctionID>29</UDP_FunctionID>
<ActionList id="395" />
</BUTTON>
<TextAlignment>
<HorizontalVerticalAlignment>CENTER CENTER</HorizontalVerticalAlignment>
</TextAlignment>
</ITEM>

PCF=zipped XML file and folder with bitmaps
XML=text file

if you change the file extension to zip, you can unzip it and then look at the XML

Or, use something like WinRAR that automatically detects that a PCF file is really a ZIP file! :-)
