Hi i'm a novice in need of help.
I have managed to edit my pronto as I want and have also learnt all the code for my device apart from my Sharp VCMH 711 VCR. I tried using the set codes in the pronto but had no luck. I then tried learning the codes my self by using the old remote. The pronto give me the learnt beep but the button doesn't work. So I then set the pronto to learn mode for the VCR, after a few minutes the VCR turn off. I thought that it had working unfortunately not. I then used the try function first and then tried a full install but alas still no luck.
I had an 8 in 1 Angle before and it worked fine with the VCR. I even tried to learn the angle code, but no luck there either
I have looked at other forums for help and they talk about x10 code? Repeating code? And 6 segment code? What are these am I out of my depth please help?
