My TSU 3000 locked up the other night and resetting hasn't fixed it. The screen comes on and the hard buttons work fine, but none of the on screen buttons can be pushed. I have reset it and reinstalled the .pcf file. Is there a way to do a hard reset where the remote is completely cleared? Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks

Download a fresh copy of the firmware.
