I purchased a prismiq media player about a year ago and continue to have problems with the cursor navigation and keyboard commands. I mainly have problems with the left and right cursor commands and it drives me crazy when the unit sporadically jumps around when trying to select something. please help before I throw this Prismiq out the window!! Does anyone have realiable codes for this on their Pronto??
I think Jon Armstrong has gotten close but I continue to have problems with my Pronto tsu3000 using his codes. PLease PLease help!!
I have done lots of searching without much success.

I used to have a Prismiq Media Player. The codes that I came up with are available online in my PCF (the following should be one long line):

The cursor codes aren't perfect either, but they're the best that I came up with after numerous attempts. They do work, but are not great. I eventually returned the Prismiq. I later got a TiVo, which I also use as a media player to play MP3s and photos from my PC. You can't use it to surf the web like the Prismiq, but I didn't find the web surfing feature of the Prismiq very useful anyway, since it was only 640x480 resolution. The difficulty of learning the Prismiq's codes didn't help in my decision on whether or not to keep the Prismiq (which I eventually returned). But, it's not a bad unit for the price.

Thanks for the response, But I'm sure iv'e tried your codes as well. I will look at them
again. I know the Prismiq is far from perfect but if these cursor codes were a little better I would live with it until I upgrade to a Media center PC. I want to wait until the prices come down and the bugs are worked out.
If anyone has other codes to try I would greatly appreciate it. again up and down seems to work ok, but when I try to move right or left it seems to want to jump down as well, also when I move left and try to "select" it jumps up instead. Very anoying.
