Hi,
I am a new user and programmer of my Pronto. Is there a way to make the hard keys such as the volume up and down work the same on all screens? It appears that I need to program them on every screen - just wondering if there is an easier way?

You need to have the latest firmware. Then you can program the hard buttons on the system page and codes will work on any device (provided you have not overridden the system setting by programming the buttons at the device level).
