I'm new to the TSU 3000 remote and trying to pull together a working config. I'm having problems learning from my sony remotes

RMT-V203 for VCR SLV-675HF
RM-Y154 for TV KV-32V68

It only seems to be the Sony remotes that the TSU3000 doesn't learn.

Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks

No problems here. Please detail exactly how you're learning and how it isn't working...

Here is the process I am using:

- Plug pronto into PC
- Bring up ProntoEdit NG software 2.0.9
- Open a device named [CODES]
- Open the page for the codes for my Sony TV
- Open the properties for button '1'
- Under Actions tab I select normal actions
- Click on add IR code
- Click on custom IR code
- Enter Name '1' and put cursor on IR Code box
- Aim Pronto and Sony remote at each other
- Click Learn IR button and hit and hold the '1' on Sony remote
- Result Box : IR code could not be learned. Please try again. (0102).

I also just added fresh batteries in both remotes and the Sony works fine with the TV.

How far apart are the remotes? What is the room lighting like?

Have you tried learning directly on your Pronto (without using ProntoEdit)?

Thanks! Turning my desk lamp off did the trick. The sony remotes must not have as strong a signal compared to my other devices!

Thanks again!

Some desk lamps can cause real problems. I have a 200w study lamp next to me, and with SOME remotes it completely messes up learning - lots of IR output. As can the fluorescent lights above.
