I created a fully working PCF set so at one point using the 1.15 firmware and the v2.06 editor i had a working system. I bought a new tv and attempted to add a page. When I downloaded the CCF, I got a failed download error message.

I tried reverting to the factory configuration and I get the same error.

The Pronto appears to be charged.

I tried downloading a blank config and it get about half of it before the download quits.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Reset your Pronto and reboot your PC.

You may need to download a fresh copy of the firmware.

Never mind. After moving the software to a new pc, changing out the cable, removing the battery, and putting it all back together, i was able to download the current firmware, and get it all back to working. Funny, after all that, the existing pc using the old cable started working again. go figure.
thx
