So far this morning I have received 12 emails from people who "HAVE" a 3000 and would like to see my PCF file. I had already emailed it to over 30 people before the remotes came out. Sure would like to hear any comments from these people on how it looks on the remotes.

No one stated where they got them and I did not ask. If they want us to know where they got them, maybe they will post info on this thread.

Your nicely shaded background doesn't have quite the look it does on the PNG as it does on a pc. You can notice the difference in shading, just not near the effect you were probably hoping for. That's small beans compared to the entire PCF itself though. Buttons look polished, are a good size, and are easy to read. So many designs in the past used buttons the size of an ant which MANY, MANY people have had complaints about during use. I think you've utilized surface space very well and it shows. I'm going to make some changes to tailor to my setup and give it a trial in the next couple days. Great job IMO. ;~)

BigNose,

Are you saying that you have the 3000?

Forgive me for being NOSEY. But where did you get it, and for how much?

Went to Best Buy in Milpitas, CA today, and they didn't have ANY Prontos. No old ones, no new ones.

Are you sure that they even sell them at all? Because I just went bestbuy.com And they do not have them at all on the site.

I assure you I have them-could even give you serial numbers if you would like. As I said before, rumor has it there is a 90 day exclusive on these.

As marsht indicated elsewhere, they are first being released to a group of distributors that serve custom installers, so they will be in short supply for awhile. They should be in widespread release by the first of March (or so I've been told :-( ).
The good news is that they will be priced very close to what the TSU2000 was priced online.

You can find the 3000's here: [Link: securewebexchange.com]
There is an added bonus which goes to Remote Central when purchasing here also. Have a look.

Yes, they are in stock and can ship today. I guess to some degree your choice may also depend on whether or not you wish to support Remote Central or keep the cash for yourself:-)
