HELP! I seem to have serious issues with my Pronto. Besides having software problems, I now seem the have a serious one; after resetting my pronto, the screen froze to the starting "PHILIPS PRONTO" screen, and is now FROZEN! My computer doesnt recognize the device as being connected anymore and quite frankly, I cannot do #$% with it!!! I took out the batteries, reset it, batteries.....I need help! Can anyone help me, please?????

Same thing here... I was doing a Pack and Go thing (instead of downloading from PENG) and when it was over downloading to the remote, it froze on the philips pronto page. I did what happy did and everything was ok. I don't think I will do another pack and go, I will use PENG, even though it is slower downloading from there.
Willy.
