I try to download a the remote with a device with color icons .I receive a invalid.......message and then pop nothing appears in my remote only PHILIPS pronto. I already reset it and nothing had happened.

I had the same problem. The bitmap was greater than 8 bits per pixel. Once I got the color bitmap at 8 everything was okay.
