I asked for and received the blizzard.pcf...it looks really cool. Ihave tried using both Windows ME and XP to download it to my 3000. Everytime I try it locks up and comes to a screen saying INCORRECT SOFTWARE VERSION.

The only way I can reset it is to download new firmware.

Any suggestions ?

Which version of firmware are you downloading? The newest version is 2.0.38.1

Does the PCF open up in the ProntoEdit NG software properly? Did you make any changes to the PCF with the PENG software?
