Has anyone experienced any problems with PCF files downloaded from the files area? I've downloaded 2 which seemed to cause PENG to hickup. The first time I just closed PENG and reopened it and everything worked fine. I could even open the same PCF. The second time, I had to delete PENG off my hard drive and reinstall.

PENG can have mysterious trouble loading files, but you should only have to try again -- not reinstall.

Not only could I not open the "offending" file, but I closed PENG and reopened it. Then I couldn't open ANY of my PCFs. One error was telling me my gallery had been exported, and the other that PENG had commmited an error and it would close automatically.

Did you try rebooting your computer? That takes care of problems with PENG when it decides to go crazy for me.

No, I didn't think to reboot. Thanks, I'll keep that in mind.

Yes, I have the same problem on my Win98SE system. Small PCF's work fine, but large ones overlay the video memory or something like that. The only solution I found was to do my work on a Win-2000 system.

Hopefully they'll fix that soon.
