I like to have my hard button beeps disabled but everytime I download to the TSU3000 or change batteries, reset, et.., they get reactivated although the indicator icon in the setup screen still shows it as de-activated.

Another bug?

Yes, another bug - I've had the same problem. The only way to make the hard-button beep stay disabled between reboots is to have the soft-button beep disabled also. Then they both stay disabled after a reboot.
