Has anyone put together a pcf file to use with an irman and girder that you don't mind sending me?

Here is what I'm noticing. Each time I hit a button, the ir code received is different. As a result, it takes many hits for the code to register with girder. All I'm looking for right now is simple navigation buttons, up, down, left, right, enter, escape and the windows key.

It appears that the problem I was having is that I was using a serial to usb adapter for the irman. I removed it and now everything works great.
