I tried to program the hardbutton cursor at the bottom of the remote. I learned the remote codes and saved them under their own page. I then linked the hardbuttons to the learned codes.

My problem is that when I push the hardbuttons the screen changes to the next page instead of transmitting an IR code. Any hints as to what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks,

John

Turn off "Cursor Navigation" on page 2 of the settings.

There us a setting on the remote for cursor navigation. Click on the little icon on the top left of the screen that looks like a remote goto the second page and turn cursor navigation OFF. One of the hard keys also swaps navigation modes which can be reassigned in PENG. All this is in the manual if you haven't read it you really shoul at least give it a browse, it will answer a lot of basic questions.
