Does anybody else out there have this combination of remote and pre-amp? I have been unable to learn any buttons from my B&K remote on my 3000. I have tried learning through PENG, learning with the remote directly, importing TSU2000 CCFs, and the B&K is not an option from the built in code database for preamps. When I attempt to learn I get lots of dirty codes, but even after getting a clean looking code, they never work with my equipment. If anyone has any tips I could try I would be most appreciative.

Also, does anyone know how I could contact someone knowledgable about the remote at Philips to see if there is a known problem and whether it is fixable or not. If there are unfixable issues with the 3000 that will keep it from controlling my preamp, then this thing will be pretty useless to me and I'd be better off returning it and going with a 2000 model. It seems that a few people are having problems learning codes with the 3000, so hopefully its just a firmware problem that will be fixed soon.
