I Can not connect to the new TSU3000. Uploading or downloading. Running on a Sony Vivo laptop using win98. 4.10.1998. Driver date is 5/11/1998. Got the service pack update and installed it but still no luck. Did this a couple of times. Remote Central.com had a post saying to update the service pack to get the new "hidclass.sys" driver. I got and installed it but still nothing. I have tried differnet .pcf files with no luck. The computer sees that the usb Human Interface Device is there. However i still can't connect to it. Maybe its just something i missed. Any Ideas?

The driver date should be 4.10.2222A. Are your driver dates from before you updated? They should show 4.10.2222A. If they don't, it didn't work and you should try it again.
