The most strange thing happened with the simulator in peng. The navigation action, from the special actions usually associated with hard buttons does not register within the simulator.
If I associate any hard or soft button with this special action – navigation – it does not do anything within the simulator which acts as if the action is off (i.e. the 4-way dial is in programmable mode rather than moving among pages/devices). If I download the config to the device it works fine. It’s not a major issue as the device woks but it is a huge annoyance when testing.
I have tried to remove the software and install it again but it still ignores the navigation.
I have now put mine up for sale in ebay. Anyone in the UK that would like to buy it of me?
