Quick question here...

I am new to the Pronto in general, so the ProntoEdit NG help file(s) are pretty much the only documentation I have to learn (other than these forums, of course :-). Anyway, there are links to some video files in the help pages (i.e. Help > Designing Elements > Gallery > "Click here to see a demo about using the Bitmap Gallery (53 sec).") When I "click here" to view the video, I get a layer that is displayed that is supposed to show a video, but it doesn't.

Does your work?

Thanks,
Leo

They work here. Everything's embedded into the "ProntoEdit NG.chm" file, which is a "Compiled HTML Help File".

Strange.... they didn't work for me... I had to uncompile the help file, then find out the codec of the AVI file. Turns out to be a "TSCC" encoded video, and my system did not have the codec installed... Googled it... came up with this page which has the codec installer:

[Link: techsmith.com]

Works now.

I wonder why my system didn't have the codec... oh well... works now :-D

Thanks,
Leo
