Any help would be appreciated. I can't figure out what PENG doesn't like about the file. The remote has been updated with the latest firmware.

For other peoples information. The PCF worked fine on my computer which is XP. Steve's computer is Win 98 and I believe he is going to try it on another computer to see if he still gets the error.

I got it to work on my computer after I uninstalled Peng and then reinstalled it.
Now the real work begins
