Skip the 3000 and never buy anything from Metronet Safe and sound this site sponser. They sold me a broken remote and when I send it back they charged me a restocking fee. They told me they checked it and it worked fine and they put it back in stock. If you look at their web site it says,

"No restocking fee will be assessed if the products have not been installed, are in new and unmarked condition, and can be resold as new."

So if it worked and they put it back in stock why did I get screwed?
