i just got my pronto 3000 today

1. is there a repository for 3000 system files like there is for the other prontos yet? i couldnt find one

2. can the 3000 send UHF signals? (like on my Dish Network receivers... they accept IR or UHF signals)

1 Since this is a brand new remote, Daniel hasn't received enough pcfs to make a file section for it.

Most of the regular people, like me, don't have the 3000 yet.

2 Not sure what freq range is for UHF. However, the 3000 uses the same freq as the 6000, and I haven't heard of any one using the 6000 directly with a UHF system.

Im not sure on the exact freq of the rf at this time. Can't seem to remember.

There is no file "repository" yet. Daniel said he would make one when enough PCF's were submitted. Read through the post on this forum, there are some PCF's being offered here by people (myself included).

The 3000 cannot send UHF signals, only IR and RF. Your Dish Network receivers will work fine with the IR unless you are trying to control them from another room and then you would need the Pronto RF receiver. By the way Dish now has discrete codes for the power on and power off for most of their receivers. The 6000 also has a way to set the HD or STD without toggling it now.
