A number of threads make mention of the firmware update as 2.0.38.1 My 3000 came loaded with 2.0.38 (no .1) & the Philips web site only lists a 2.0.38. Am I missing an update?

I just got another email from pronto stating that this new firmware fixes the 1st and 4th hard button problem. But I Installed it and it does not.

yeah I found that out the hard way... I don't want my clients to be able to access the tools... there is just too many things that can go wrong if they do.

I just asked Philips again when the next firmware update would be available. Here's their response:

Unfortunately we do not have release date yet for the next update for TSU3000. We will evaluate your feedback and hopefully it is possible to address issues your brought up on your feedback on future releases.
