I tried it on my desk top no problem. I then went back to my lap top and got 95% and then got the error message again, looked at the pronto screen and a message says incorrect software version. I loaded the software of the disc that came with the pronto.on my desktop i downloaded the program a few months ago. i just downloaded the pronto software program and will try it again.in the mean time the pronto has the error message frozen on the screen, what a pain for a almost 300.00 remote now i got no working remote,i will reset if need to and should fix it,but spent time getting other remotes dialed in.
