Hello,

Being VERY new to Pronto I hope someone here can help! I am having trouble learning some codes to my TSU3000. I have gotting the pronto to learn some buttons for the remote to my cable box, a SA3100HD, but few won't work. I can get all the number buttons EXCEPT 6,8,9, and 0 to work!!! I've tried with both PENG and directly with the Pronto. I've varied the distance between remotes and nothing seems to work. What next? The pronto beeps as if it has learned the code but then dosn't work. Thanks for any help!!

The things I found that work best for me...
Use the remote to remote technique
Do the learning in low light conditions, no flourescent lights.
Try different distances and try holding the original remote at different angles.

Phillips knows about the learning issues and is working on it. Hopefully we will have a fix before to long.

After some exploration of this site, I've imported a SA3000 CCF that seems to work. Is there a way to paste a device to my pronto and KEEP the links within intact? When I try to click and drag a device over I get the message that the links will not transfer, and they don't. What can I do about this? Thanks!
