hello i have a pioneer elite pro 119 and i have tried with various universal remotes, and i cant get it to work.. can some body tell me how to do it. i read about the pronto but i have no idea of what that is.. can somebody help me? is it posible to make work with a regular universal remote?

The Philips Pronto line, started with the TSU-1000 in 1998ish. And has ended in 2009ish. All of which had a touch screen, started off as 4 shades of gray, and ended with color, I forget how many.
Nevertheless, the Pronto's are still a good power house for remote controls. Personally I will prefer the Pronto over most universal remotes now a days, including the professional installed ones.
If you have the technical experience in design and small programming. You may want to start off with a Pronto TSU-7500. Or TSU-9400.

I suspect you're looking for something much simpler than a Pronto. Please respond to the other post. It's very helpful if you pursue something in one thread rather than two. Let's let this one die by not responding to it any more.
